To avoid complications associated with laser treatment and scarring, we recommend avoiding intensive sun exposure for a few days before and after wrinkle treatment. In addition, it is important that the skin areas to be corrected are free of skin diseases and inflammatory processes at the time of treatment. Clients with a tendency towards pathological scarring should make this known during the preliminary consultation.
During the procedure
Only experienced laser specialists carry out the anti-aging secret formula, always under medical supervision. Thanks to a special formula in the laser treatment sequence, including a carbon peel, we firm your face and refine wrinkles. The result is a maximum anti-aging effect, with radiant, firm skin and smoothed wrinkles. Pigmentation on the face is also reduced. What’s more, the treatment is fast and extremely painless. During the natural healing process, the affected tissue areas are replaced by collagen produced by your own skin.
After the procedure
You’ll be back to being able to socialize one day after treatment. Small red spots may appear on the face 1 to 2 days after treatment, but these can easily be touched up with make-up. After treatment, protect your face from the sun and use a sunscreen with SPF 50+ or higher. A single session is often enough to achieve initial long-term results. For best results, we recommend an average of 3 to 5 sessions, with 2 weeks between each one. The treatment can be used all year round if the face is protected from the sun.
Risks and side effects
After wrinkle treatment with PicoPlus / Hollywood Peel, temporary redness may appear on the treated areas of skin. This redness is normal and usually disappears on its own. Laser treatment may also result in minor occasional bleeding, the extent of which resembles a scratch and is not usually a cause for concern. Customers with a tendency towards pathological scarring should mention this during the preliminary consultation.
